Spencer Smul has been promoted to senior vice president at The Estée Lauder Companies where he has been a deputy general counsel since 2004 and was named corporate secretary in 2007. His title is now senior vice president, deputy general counsel, secretary. His position includes being responsible for corporate governance and legal requirements related to the company's board of directors and public filings.
Fabian Milburn has been appointed senior vice president, Business Affairs, North America and Global Digital, of Entertainment Rights. Formerly senior vice president of Business Operations at Oxygen Media, Mr. Milburn is based at the company's North American headquarters in New York. In his new position, he will oversee legal, administrative and business affairs for Classic Media and Big Idea. In addition, Mr. Milburn will lead efforts in the development of digital business. Entertainment Rights owns or controls rights to many global characters, including Casper the Friendly Ghost, The Lone Ranger, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and Lassie.
